About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team in Jakarta for an immediate 1-year contract. In this role, you will be the bridge between our logistics partners, internal settlement teams, and cross-functional departments. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding data accuracy, resolving operational discrepancies, and ensuring our daily supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Data & Weight Reconciliation: Oversee internal and external weight data verification; investigate and resolve reconciliations between the settlement team and logistics partners.
- Dispute Management: Actively manage, troubleshoot, and resolve daily disputes or operational discrepancies with logistics vendors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central point of contact to follow up on open queries, tracking cases to resolution with internal cross-functional teams.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Prepare operational data reports, performance metrics, and financial reconciliations as requested by management.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Core Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, logical thinking, and a sharp business sense for identifying the root causes of operational issues.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, data manipulation) and MS Office suite.
- Communication: Fluent professional English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills to manage external vendors.
- Mindset: A proactive self-starter, fast learner, and resilient team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
