Logistics Officer
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery arrangement in accordance with customer's requirements
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely creation of Sales Orders
- Communicate with customers on stock availability
- Maintain correct selling prices in SAP
- Ensure batch allocation according to First In First Out principle
- Creation of Invoice — commercial and tax
- Coordinate with Warehouse & service provider for smooth delivery
- Accountable for correctness of customer master data in SAP
- Monitor Credit/ Debit Note
- Ensure proper filing
Requirements:
- University Degree or Diploma Holder
- Experience in customer service area is necessary
- Well versed with MS Office application
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous
- Good command of English is advantageous
