Job Description
Adecco Indonesia is representing a leading global technology and telecommunications company for a Logistics Manager to support logistics fulfillment and operations for its Indonesia operations. This role covers warehousing, transportation, reverse logistics, and project logistics support, working closely with regional logistics managers and delivery project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Building multi-echelon logistics networks, managing customs compliance and strategic supplier partnerships, overseeing inventory/goods security compliance (CIAG), and managing the overall logistics cost budget and team.
- Plan and manage short- to mid-term logistics resource requirements for the region, ensuring warehousing, transportation, and control tower capabilities meet delivery project needs
- Manage logistics supplier performance, communication, process and IT training/enablement, review of logistics expense payments, and business compliance within the region
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major
- At least 3 years of work experience, including 1 year in a managerial position
- Good command of basic telecommunications knowledge
- Solid knowledge of warehousing and transportation fulfillment management and reverse logistics management
- Working knowledge of international trade, orders, and logistics (customs, warehousing, transportation, reverse logistics, etc.), plus basic financial management knowledge
- Must be proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Chinese/Mandarin.
