Lead logistics activities supporting LNG operations and projects, including transportation, warehousing, materials movement, marine logistics, aviation coordination, and site delivery.
Develop and implement logistics strategies, mobilisation plans, routing plans, delivery schedules, and contingency arrangements for the remote Tangguh site.
Coordinate the movement of equipment, materials, spare parts, consumables, and project cargo by sea, air, and land.
Manage warehouses, laydown areas, inventory controls, material preservation, receiving, storage, issuing, and stock-reconciliation processes.
Coordinate domestic and international freight forwarding, customs clearance, import and export documentation, shipping agents, and relevant government interfaces.
Manage third-party logistics providers, transportation contractors, vessel operators, aviation providers, warehouse contractors, and other service providers.
Ensure all logistics activities comply with HSE requirements, dangerous-goods procedures, lifting standards, cargo-securing requirements, and company policies.
Coordinate closely with Procurement, Materials Management, Operations, Maintenance, Projects, Construction, Planning, and Finance teams.
Monitor logistics costs, delivery performance, warehouse accuracy, transportation utilisation, demurrage, material shortages, and contractor performance.
Identify logistics risks and implement contingency plans to maintain continuity of supply during weather disruption, transport delays, emergencies, and critical operations.
Salary: US$5,500 to US$7,000
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related discipline.
Minimum 12 years of logistics or supply-chain experience in LNG, oil and gas, mining, offshore, EPC, marine, or remote industrial projects.
Working knowledge of ERP or materials-management systems such as SAP, together with strong cost-control, inventory, and logistics-planning capabilities.
Indonesian citizen with strong negotiation, leadership, Bahasa Indonesia, and English communication skills, and willingness to work at the Tangguh site.
