About the Role

Contract period until June 2026, working in an onsite arrangement in Karawang DC

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead & analyze data related on Own Fleet Management
2. Provide data analysis for Logistics Manager and other related stakeholders decision making.
3. Liaise with related stakeholders to gather relevant data for the report
4. Analyze & monitor VLC Cost Logistics & Fixed Distribution
5. Manage S&OP Logistic operation system (Log.OS)
6. Monitoring Weekly Report Transportation Distribution
7. Compile S&OP Logistics data on a monthly basis
8. Implement strategy to achieve departmental compliance to Logistics standards.
9. Drive improvements on the reporting and operational sides
10. Manage Logistic Projects required to improve in all aspects (Lead the projects, align with related stakeholder, prepare document required)

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelors degree in industrial engineering.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations, with proven exposure to process improvement initiatives.
3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, charts, data analysis) and PowerPoint.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with and influence frontline warehouse teams.
5. Good interpersonal skills to communicate with cross functional stakeholders
6. Analytical, hands-on, and proactive in driving improvements.
7. Able to travel and work on-site across multiple DCs as needed.
