Logistics & Customs Management Trainee

Key Requirements:

1、Majors in Customs & Logistics, International Trade, English, Indonesian Language, or related fields are preferred;

2、CET-6 (College English Test Band 6) or equivalent, with fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to work effectively in international and cross-cultural environments;

3、Strong sense of responsibility and accountability, willing to embrace challenges; candidates willing to grow and develop across different countries and cross-cultural settings are preferred;

4、Excellent communication skills, team player, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

The trainee will be assigned to areas such as Logistics, Customs Affairs, International Trade, Translation, or Indonesian Language support, based on their strengths and career interests. Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

1、Reviewing import and export customs declaration documents; arranging and tracking finished product export transportation;

2、Ensuring compliance management of bonded factories and handling operational exceptions;

3、Evaluating and reviewing logistics transportation routes, costs, and risks;

4、Monitoring global cargo customs clearance status and coordinating overseas warehouse local delivery;

5、Establishing and optimizing systems and processes, and supporting project management initiatives.
