Job Description
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we're calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.
About the role
The Logistics Coordinator will be managing daily logistics operations, inventory control, warehousing, and shipping/receiving, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining product quality.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end to end shipment process
- Monitoring and controlling the flow of goods from production (receiving, storage and shipment).
- Implement Shipping Application Dashboard to digitalize logistics Operation.
- Manage the stuffing plan, stuffing method and stuffing process to ensure meet the shipment schedule.
- Liaise with carriers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure the timely and cost-effective movement of materials.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of logistics processes
- Ensure all logistics operations adhere to company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Drive and provide guidance to the logistics team, including training and performance, to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Cultivate a culture of teamwork and continuous process improvement within the logistics team
- Lead Kaizen Project to improve Logistics productivity through digitalize of end-to-end process
- Drive mitigate action for container risk
- Ensure all process shipment meet with International trade compliance and screen through flex trade compliance screen
- Work with flex global logistics to handle logistics crisis
- Point to contact for urgent Inbound shipment
- COO certificate generation
- Claim cargo release to forwarder and payment release follow up
- Manage Import permit used equipment in INSW Portal
- Point contact to communicate container booking status to Global Logistics
About you
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management are an advantage.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, freight forwarding, or import/export operations.
- Experience in manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of customs regulations, shipping documentation, and transportation management
