As a Logistics Team, you will be responsible for developing warehouse analytics and performance insights by monitoring operational KPIs, optimizing inventory and costs, supporting compliance, and delivering data-driven recommendations to improve warehouse efficiency.
What will you do
- Develop and maintain monthly warehouse performance dashboards to monitor key operational and inventory metrics.
- Analyze warehouse operating costs, including cost per pallet, cost per order, and cost per SKU, and provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency.
- Conduct warehouse slotting and layout analysis to optimize storage capacity, product flow, and operational productivity.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor and trucking performance through compliance scorecards to ensure service quality and operational standards.
- Prepare and maintain audit-ready documentation and datasets to support food safety and quality compliance, including temperature monitoring, allergen segregation, and product traceability.
- Develop forecasting models to estimate warehouse storage requirements based on sales projections, inventory trends, and business growth plans.
- Analyze warehouse and inventory data to identify operational improvements, increase inventory accuracy, and enhance overall warehouse performance.
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights that support operational decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports and performance analyses for management, highlighting operational performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
What are we looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in warehouse analytics, logistics analytics, inventory management, or supply chain analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite is preferred) and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Familiar with food safety and quality standards, including BRCGS, HACCP, and GMP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
