Responsible for supporting the efficient flow of goods and materials within PT Japfa Food Indonesia's supply chain, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory management.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.
- Process and track orders, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve any logistical issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and delivery status.
- Assist in the optimization of logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation activities.
Job Qualifications:**
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a logistics, warehousing, or supply chain role, preferably within the food industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics principles, including inventory management, transportation, and warehousing.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
