Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistic Staff to manage and coordinate all logistical operations for our AHLE WH Bandung facility. This role ensures the efficient flow of goods, from receiving to dispatch, maintaining accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Job Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Manage inventory control, conduct regular stock checks, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries and dispatches.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and other related paperwork.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing updates on status and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Implement and maintain proper warehouse organization and safety procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (if certified).
- Generate reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, and shipping activities.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance logistical efficiency.
Job Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Possession of a valid forklift operator's license (preferred but not mandatory).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
