Logistic Operations Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse inbound and outbound operations and ensure shipment data accuracy.
• Monitor end-to-end local delivery, including shipment tracking and POD completion.
• Handle delivery issues such as delays, damaged/lost goods, and returns (RTS), and coordinate solutions such as re-delivery and claims.
• Manage local logistics vendors, fleets, drivers, and courier partners, including KPI monitoring.
• Review warehouse, trucking, and delivery invoices and follow up on payments and contracts.
• Act as the key coordination point for local logistics fulfillment in Indonesia, ensuring smooth delivery and efficient issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Logistics Management or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Indonesia's local logistics or cross-border supply chain.
• Familiar with local trucking, courier, and last-mile delivery operations.
• Proficient in Excel Sheets for shipment tracking, data management, and invoice reconciliation.
• Proficiency in English or Mandarin is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Stable work history with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
