About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end logistics operations. In this role, you will play a strategic role in ensuring efficient supply chain processes, vendor management, and inventory control to support both existing and new products.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Logistics Management: Oversee and optimize inbound and outbound logistics to ensure cost-effective and timely shipments.
- Vendor & Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with logistics vendors, ensuring high service quality and contract compliance.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Optimization: Develop strategies to improve inventory management, minimize shortages, and optimize warehouse operations.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Implement quality control measures to ensure product standards are met, including return and replacement processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in logistics operations and lead initiatives to improve workflows, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
- Data & Reporting: Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, finance, and operations teams to align logistics strategy with company objectives.
- Risk Management: Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory control, shipping, and vendor management.
- Experience in cost optimization and contract negotiations with logistics vendors.
- Ability to lead and drive operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with logistics software, ERP systems, or inventory tracking tools.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in fintech, payments, or device logistics.
- Background in startup or high-growth environments with scaling operations.
