Lead and oversee Area Managers in managing overall operations of franchised outlets within the assigned region (Trenggalek, Kediri, Gresik, and Malang)
Drive regional performance by translating company strategy into actionable plans and measurable targets.
Ensure operational excellence across pick-up and delivery services while improving service quality and efficiency.
Develop and expand regional markets, including franchise recruitment, replacement, and territory optimization.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data analysis to support decision-making and performance improvement.
Build, coach, and strengthen high-performing regional teams.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, with proven experience managing teams of 20+ members.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or express delivery industry is a plus point
Strong analytical skills with high sensitivity to data and performance metrics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
