Logistic Officer

- Coordinate and monitor the transportation and delivery of products, including CPO, refined palm oil products, oleochemicals, and other related products.
- Prepare and verify logistics documents, including delivery orders, shipping instructions, bills of lading, delivery notes, and other relevant documents.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare regular reports on shipment status, delivery performance, transportation costs, and logistics activities.

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, or supply chain operations, preferably in the palm oil, oleochemical, or downstream industry.
- Familiar with logistics processes, shipment coordination, transportation management, and delivery scheduling.
- Understand shipping and logistics documentation, such as Delivery Orders (DO), Bills of Lading (B/L), and shipping instructions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for logistics monitoring and reporting.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
