Logistic Manager - Manufacturing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in in logistics or supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound, outbound, warehousing, and distribution
• Experience managing inventory control, stock accuracy, and material flow to support production
• Familiar with importexport procedures, customs regulations, and trade compliance (if applicable)
• Proven ability to manage and negotiate with transporters, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers
• Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and logistics optimization
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and logistics-related software
• Ability to analyze logistics data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing logistics teams
• Good communication and coordination skills with production, procurement, and sales teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Willing to be placed in West Java
