Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Sorting Delivery Orders (DO)
  • Organizing reimbursement documents
  • Uploading POD data into the system
  • Following up with the sales team regarding incorrect DOs
  • Support the analysis of supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products to customers
  • Participate in the development and implementation of logistics processes and procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma (SMA/K) or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data input.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must be available for on-site work.
  • Female candidate preferred.
  • Previous data entry experience is a plus.
