The Opportunity
In this role, you will be part of the Club Operations team. As a Location Analyst, you will lead the Location team to find the right location for FIT HUB to expand based on the location profitability analysis.
Job Description
- Responsible for Strategic Planning related to Business and store Development
- Negotiate Rental costs and review all Rental-related agreements
- Planning & mapping potential areas for the retail location
- Developing a new region for store expansion
- Location feasibility study for store expansion
- Responsible for making store strength analysis in advance by seeing the economic growth, population, and competitors
Requirements
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 3 years of working experience in the same position as a Site Acquisition Lead / Business Development Lead / Location Analyst Lead
- Required knowledge: site location, site development, and market planner
- Good Analytical Thinking
- Great Communication and Presentation Skills
