Lead localization of interface and marketing content into Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia across front-end platforms (ads, SMS, pop-ups, etc.) and back-end systems (CRM, Seller Center, and SaaS tools).
Translate documents, such as pitch decks, product proposals, user research, SOPs, regulatory (OJK documents), and SaaS manuals, as well as UX/UI content.
Act as liaison between Chinese stakeholders and local clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and user behavior to enhance content quality.
Review, proofread, and edit translations to maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business or any related field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in Copywriting, Marketing, Business Operations, or similar (Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply)
Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia (written & spoken).
Proven experience in leading and managing teams and projects.
Strong copywriting skills across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, and email marketing).
Excellent communication, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
