Local Business Development Specialist / Business Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker Required)

Company Profile: assisting one of our clients, an international business services company specializing in cross-border trade, overseas warehousing, and business expansion solutions, in hiring a Local Business Development Specialist / Business Supervisor to support their growing operations in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with customers and partners.

-Support overseas warehouse and showroom operations.

-Coordinate business registration, licensing, tax, and compliance matters.

-Liaise with government agencies, business associations, and external stakeholders.

-Conduct market research and support business expansion initiatives.

Requirements

-Indonesian Citizen (WNI).

-Mandarin proficiency is mandatory (spoken and written).

-Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English is an advantage.

-Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

-Bachelor's degree is preferred.

-Experience in logistics, overseas warehousing, international trade, business consulting, government affairs, company registration, tax, licensing, or related industries is highly preferred.

Ideal Candidate

A proactive professional with strong business development, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with Chinese-invested companies, government agencies, or local business networks will be an advantage. Willingness to travel for client visits and external meetings is required.
