As a Loan Agency Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maximizing profitability and the Loan Agency's service portfolio for both onshore and offshore transactions. This role includes managing client relationships, overseeing the implementation of syndicated credit facilities, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that all obligations and documentation stipulated in the credit agreement are properly fulfilled.
Strategy & Planning
- Identify and execute marketing strategies to acquire new customers and achieve fee income targets set by Management.
- Understand customer needs and match them with product capabilities through presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Provide analysis and insight into customer transaction behavior to increase service utilization rates and provide input for product and service improvements. Business Performance & Management
- Drive P&L growth and customer portfolio development for the Loan Agency Unit, including cross-selling through the CIMB Niaga, CIMB Group, and offshore bank networks.
- Support service development and ensure effective product implementation and marketing initiatives in accordance with established business targets and budgets.
- Act as the primary contact for strategic and potential customers and ensure optimal and sustainable service.
- Develop networks and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to strengthen relationships with investors in both domestic and international markets.
- Ensure proper monitoring systems, including compliance with all covenants, requirements, and documents stipulated in credit agreements.

- Ensure all operational activities and customer service comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and applicable compliance standards to maintain and enhance the Bank's reputation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in Loan Agency, Syndicated Loan, Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, or Credit Administration.
- Strong understanding of credit documentation, syndicated loan facilities, covenant monitoring, and loan administration.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to build and manage relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Possess strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with various work units.
