Role: Lead end-to-end livestream strategy & execution across platforms, ensuring strong creative direction, seamless operations, and maximum sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in performance-driven agencies (preferably China-based ecosystem / TikTok Shop heavy)
- Strong understanding of livestream sales mechanics + performance ads
- Excellent communication skills (client-facing, able to handle brand directly)
- Highly independent, proactive, and able to make decisions fast
- Experienced in handling multi-platform (TikTok Shop, Shopee, etc.)
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills (data-driven mindset)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end livestream execution (creative, visual, flow, host direction, promo mechanics)
- Develop livestream concepts & sales strategy to maximize conversion
- Monitor & optimize live performance metrics (GMV, CVR, AWT, traffic sources)
- Work closely with brand for alignment on campaign direction & targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (KOL, production, ops) to ensure smooth execution
- Optimize performance using ads + organic traffic strategies
- Handle multiple livestream projects across different brands/platforms
KPI:
- GMV generated per livestream / monthly
- Conversion Rate (CVR)
- Average Watch Time (AWT)
- Traffic growth (paid + organic contribution)
- Livestream consistency & execution quality
- Client satisfaction & retention
