Modinity Group, a group of modest fashion and lifestyle brands including Buttonscarves, Benang Jarum, Nada Puspita, and other growing brands, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Livestream Lead to drive our live commerce growth across multiple brands and platforms.

What You'll Do:
- Drive livestream sales, GMV, profitability, and KPI achievement
- Develop and execute live commerce strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead and develop livestream, operations, talent, and host teams
- Plan and execute livestream campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve traffic, engagement, conversion, and revenue
- Optimize livestream content, selling strategies, and audience experience
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational excellence
- Build relationships with platform partners, agencies, KOLs, and creators
- Prepare business reviews, forecasts, and performance reports for management
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, E-commerce, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in E-commerce, Live Commerce, or Marketplace Management
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Proven track record in driving livestream sales and GMV growth
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and live commerce ecosystems
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Experience working with hosts, creators, KOLs, or livestream campaigns
- Strong commercial mindset and results-oriented approach
- Experience in Fashion, Retail, Beauty, or FMCG is a plus
