As a Live Streaming Producer, You Will
- Plan and manage end-to-end live streaming production (pre-production, live execution, post-production)
- Develop live streaming schedules, run-downs, and content flow
- Ensure live streams align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Handle post-event reporting: performance metrics, audience insights, and improvement recommendations
- Supervise live streaming team (hosts, operators, leads, etc)
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Broadcasting, Management, or related fields
- 2-4 years of experience in live streaming and broadcasting in leading role
- Strong understanding of live streaming platforms and tools (OBS, vMix, TikTok, Shopee, etc)
- Strong understanding of audio-visual production and live broadcast workflows
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Willing to do WFO from Facetology Studio, East Jakarta
