Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily communication with local hosts and agencies, including onboarding support, issue resolution, and relationship maintenance, and assist in identifying and expanding potential local partners such as hosts and agencies.
2. Handle VIP user operations by responding to inquiries, resolving feedback and basic complaints, and improving user satisfaction and engagement in a timely manner.
3. Support the execution of local campaigns/events by communicating key information, conducting simple data analysis, and tracking feedback to support optimization suggestions.
4.Stay updated on local live streaming and social media trends in Indonesia, and assist in collecting market insights to support operational improvements.
Requirements:
1. Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
2. Indonesian with experience in live streaming platforms and social apps is preferred, and experience with agencies (MCN), host management, or user operations is a plus.
3. Detail-oriented, patient, and responsible with strong communication skills and the ability to handle repetitive operational tasks effectively.
4. Basic data handling skills and proficiency in office tools such as Google Sheets and Excel are required.
