As our Live Streaming Host, you will be the captivating and high energy voice representing Velixir Parfums directly to our digital customers. You will manage and execute live selling sessions on TikTok Shop and Shopee Live, driving real time engagement and revenue growth. Unlike traditional host roles, you will take full ownership of your streaming ecosystem, handling both on camera performance and basic technical setups independently. You must thrive in a dynamic shifting schedule, including high traffic late night streaming hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Host regular live streaming sessions on TikTok and Shopee to showcase Velixir product collections, explain fragrance notes, and drive immediate sales conversions.
- Independently manage and operate the technical streaming setup, including software configuration via OBS or TikTok Live Studio, camera positioning, and audio tuning before each session.
- Maintain a highly energetic, persuasive, and professional on camera presence to engage viewers, answer real time questions, and handle objections smoothly.
- Execute live promotional strategies and create a sense of urgency to boost add to cart and checkout rates.
- Work flexible shift schedules fairly distributed across the team, including late night streaming shifts from 22.00 to 03.00 WIB.
- Collaborate with the marketing and inventory teams to align on product focus, stock availability, and key campaign messages prior to going live.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months of solid experience as a Live Streaming Host on TikTok Shop or Shopee Live, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, or fashion industry.
- Technical capability to operate streaming software such as OBS Studio or TikTok Live Studio and manage basic camera and lighting adjustments independently without a separate operator.
- Outstanding public speaking, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to maintain high energy for multiple hours on camera.
- Highly disciplined, punctual, and fully committed to working flexible operational hours including scheduled late night shifts.
- Must present a well groomed, professional, and highly engaging physical appearance on camera.
- Absolute agreement to undergo a maximum of 1 week of paid training period upon selection.
- Commitment to a full time position, this role is strictly not open for part time or freelance applicants.
