Role Description The Live Hosting Ecommerce role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surabaya. The person in this role will host live streaming sessions to promote products, demonstrate features, and engage with online audiences in real time across various social media and ecommerce platforms. Daily tasks include preparing product information and scripts, coordinating with marketing and sales teams on campaign themes, and presenting products in a clear, attractive, and persuasive manner. The role also involves responding to audience questions and comments during live sessions, monitoring performance metrics, and providing feedback to improve future content and promotions. The team member is expected to maintain a professional on-camera presence, uphold brand guidelines, and contribute ideas for new live content formats and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong on-camera presence, clear speaking skills, and the ability to engage and interact with live audiences.
• Basic knowledge of consumer electronics and household products, with the ability to learn product features quickly.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, ecommerce live streaming tools, and basic content creation workflows.
• Good organizational skills, including the ability to prepare scripts, product lineups, and live session schedules.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment and collaborating with sales, marketing, and store operations teams.
• Basic analytical skills to review live performance data and customer feedback, and suggest improvements.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, social media, live streaming, or presenting is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site in Surabaya, including weekends or evenings as required by campaign schedules.
