Job Description

ResponsibilitiesRequirements

Preparation Before Live:
Request Product: Coordinate with the product team to ensure all necessary products are available for the live stream.
Studio Setup: Prepare the studio for the live stream, including setting up cameras, lighting, and other necessary equipment.
Flash Sale & Voucher Setup: Configure and prepare flash sales and vouchers to be used during the live stream.
Etalase Setup: Organize and set up the product display (etalase) for the live stream.
Brief & Discussion: Participate in briefing and discussion sessions to understand the concept and flow of the day's live stream.
During Live:
Etalase Setup Adjustment: Adjust the product display based on the live host's mentions and customer requests.
Flash Sale Stock Management: Monitor and manage the stock levels of flash sale items to create excitement and urgency.
Post Order:
Offline Order Processing: Handle offline orders and ensure they are accurately recorded.
Data Sharing: Share order data with the Operations and Logistics teams to prevent any missed information and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Proven experience in a support or administrative role, preferably in a live streaming or e-commerce environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Have knowledge about Sayurbox & its product
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of social media and online marketing to promote live streams and grow the audience
Willing to work on-site, with a 5-day workweek schedule
