Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Host and present products on Shopee Live and TikTok Live according to the scheduled streaming calendar.
  • Create engaging and persuasive content to attract viewers, promote products, and encourage purchases.
  • Interact with the live audience, respond to comments/questions, and build strong viewer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on content, campaign themes, and product highlights.
  • Help with live stream setup, product preparation, and maintaining visual standards on camera.
  • Monitor live performance metrics and share feedback or improvement suggestions with the team.
  • Occasionally assist in content creation for short videos, promotional clips, and social media.

Requirements

  • Female, confident in front of the camera, with a friendly and energetic personality.
  • Experience in livestreaming, online selling, or digital content creation is a strong advantage.
  • Good communication and storytelling skills to present products effectively.
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Willing to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings, based on campaign needs.
  • Based in or willing to work on-site at Setiabudi, South Jakarta.
  • Contract Duration: 3 to 6 months (with possible extension based on performance and business needs)
