As a Live Stream Support, You Will
- Create and manage the weekly and monthly live streaming schedules
- Monitor daily schedule changes and communicate updates promptly to all stakeholders (Producer, Lead, Host, and Operator)
- Record and track attendance, session performance, and deliverables of hosts/operators
- Manage freelance payment recap, ensuring data accuracy for hours/sessions completed
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Broadcasting, Management, or related fields
- 12 years of experience in live streaming, broadcasting, content operations, or administrative coordination
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills
- Detail-oriented and accurate in data entry and payment tracking
- Basic understanding of live streaming workflow (hosts, operators, tools, session flow)
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Willing to do WFO from Facetology Studio, East Jakarta
