Live stream Operation

Placement: North Jakarta

Status: Contract

Job Description:

1Oversee the live streaming process, coordinate the execution of each stage, and handle unexpected situations;

2Assist the host team in training on live streaming scripts, pacing, and platform rules to enhance local operational capabilities;

3Perform data analysis and provide feedback and adjustments based on live streaming performance;

4Conduct live streaming reviews, provide insights, and propose optimization plans;

5Possess strong planning, team management, and organizational coordination skills;

6Manage the live streaming team.

Requirements:

1Bachelor's degree or above, familiar with TikTok content ecosystem and skincare live streaming strategies; successful cases are a plus;

2At least 2 years of experience in TikTok live streaming or short video platform operations, with preference for experience in beauty/skincare categories;

3Experience in managing live streaming, e-commerce, or FMCG categories.

4Language Requirements: Fluent in English or Mandarin.

Budget: Rp. 10,000,000 - Rp. 20,000,000 (Gross)
