Role Description the Live Content Growth role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indonesia, responsible for driving player engagement and revenue through live content initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing live events, campaigns, and promotions within KTC Games products, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing content based on player behavior and feedback.

We're Hiring – LIVE Content Manager!

KTC Games Indonesia is looking for a LIVE Content Manager to support the growth of Higgs Games Island through our LIVE Broadcast project.

We're looking for someone who understands how to turn LIVE content into viewers, engagement, retention, and ultimately new game users/downloads.

What we're looking for:

Strong understanding of LIVE streaming platforms, algorithms & audience behavior
Experience developing LIVE content and engagement strategies
Able to optimize LIVE format, timing, interaction and traffic
Understand traffic restrictions, account health and platform policies
Data-driven and comfortable analyzing LIVE performance
Creative, experimental and passionate about gaming & digital growth
