AIA is hiring Litigation to manage all general law matters which covers litigation, claim dispute question, general contracts, marketing communication and labor matters.

Key Responsibilities :

• Managing the disputes and litigation of the company's following channels: Partnership Distribution - respective syariah units, corporate solutions and credit life.
• Advising the company on the litigation risks of possible business decisions.
• Representing the company for any disputes and litigation.
• Handle legal question related to customers complaints and claims derived from the company's following channels.
• Prepare and review draft operation related agreement.
• Supervise the work of the legal counsel (General Matter) in the review and finalization of general contracts of the company.
• Assisting the HR department in handling legal question related employees complaints and dispute and finalization HR Policies including the company regulation.
• Develops and maintains strong contracts with the regulator for any issues related to litigation, customer complaints and labor

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Law from reputable university
• Min of 5 years work experience in legal dept/reputable law firms/Insurance
• Advocate license
• Strong leadership and personal skill
