We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a
Listed Companies Evaluation and Monitoring Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating listing applications, monitoring compliance of listed companies, and supporting the integrity of Indonesia's capital market ecosystem.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy financial analysis, regulatory review, and working with complex corporate and capital market data.
Minimum Qualifications
What You'll Deliver:
Education
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.
Experience
- Fresh Grads are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 12 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, audit, or capital market are preferred.
Specific Criteria
- Strong financial statement analysis and business model assessment capability.
- Good understanding of accounting standards (PSAK).
- Ability to evaluate corporate actions and listed company compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong writing and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
- Understanding of capital market products and stock exchange business processes is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Company Law (UUPT), Investment Law (UUPM), OJK Capital Market Regulations, and IDX Listing Regulations particularly from a compliance and law enforcement perspective will be an advantage.

General Requirements
- Minimum GPA min. 3.00 out of 4.00
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of Capital Market is a plus
