Qualitest is hiring a remote LinkedIn Specialist to own our B2B growth on the platform. This expert role is focused on driving measurable results through the strategic management of LinkedIn Ads, Sales Navigator, and organic content. We are seeking a performance-driven individual who can directly impact our sales pipeline and brand authority.
Primary Responsibilities
- Paid & Sales Strategy: Manage end-to-end LinkedIn Ad campaigns and leverage Sales Navigator to build lead lists and directly support sales team objectives.
- Organic Growth & Content: Develop and execute the organic content strategy, manage the company page, create compelling posts, and grow our audience and engagement.
- Performance & Optimization: Analyze and report on all LinkedIn KPIs, continuously optimizing campaigns and content for maximum performance.
- Content Syndication: Repurpose top-performing LinkedIn content for Qualitests other social media channels to ensure brand consistency.
Core Requirements
- Mandatory Portfolio: Applicants must provide a portfolio or CV with proven metrics demonstrating B2B LinkedIn account growth (followers, engagement) and successful outcomes from both LinkedIn Ads and Sales Navigator.
- Platform Expertise: Expert-level, hands-on proficiency in LinkedIn Ads Manager and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is essential.
- Proven B2B Growth: A verifiable track record of increasing followers, engagement, and generating qualified leads for a B2B company.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze performance data and KPIs to drive strategy and optimize for ROI.
- Remote Work Ethic: Self-driven, highly motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English.
- Specialist Focus: This is not a generalist social media role. Candidates whose primary experience is with B2C platforms (Meta, TikTok) will not be considered.
