Lifeguards (Part-Time) - BINUS SCHOOL Semarang

Responsibilities

• Supervise students and participants during swimming sessions to ensure their safety.
• Monitor pool activities and enforce pool safety rules and procedures.
• Respond promptly to accidents, injuries, and other emergencies.
• Perform CPR, First Aid, and emergency rescue procedures when required.
• Conduct regular checks of the pool area and safety equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly pool environment.
• Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and school staff regarding safety matters.
• Report incidents, hazards, or safety concerns to the appropriate school personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Valid Lifeguard Certification, including CPR and First Aid certification.
• Prior lifeguarding experience is preferred
• Strong swimming skills and the ability to respond quickly and confidently in emergencies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, attentive, and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Physically fit and capable of performing water rescues and emergency response procedures.
