About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for Lifeguard - Spa & Recreation (National Talent) in Jumeirah Bali. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Monitor swimming pool activities and ensure guest safety at all times.
• Enforce pool rules and safety regulations in a professional and courteous manner
• Identify potential hazards and take preventive action to avoid accidents.
• Conduct regular inspections of pool areas, equipment, and facilities.
• Ensure all rescue and first aid equipment is available and in good working condition.
• Respond immediately and effectively to emergencies, accidents, or incidents
• Perform water rescues, first aid, CPR, and AED procedures when required.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Experience as a Lifeguard or equivalent role in a 5-star hotel/luxury property.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid Lifeguard Certification from a recognized organization
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
• Minimum 1–2 years of lifeguarding experience, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or recreational facility.
