Role Description

This part-time hybrid role, based in South Jakarta, allows flexibility for remote work for a portion of the responsibilities. As a Life Planner, you will engage with clients to provide personalized life insurance and financial planning solutions. Main responsibilities include identifying client needs, offering tailored insurance and financial products, and fostering strong and long-lasting relationships with clients. You will also support the promotion and marketing of Manulife's insurance offerings to prospective clients, contributing to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Insurance and General Insurance concepts and practices
• Skills and experience in Sales and Marketing techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to build lasting relationships
• Proficiency in working independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Previous experience in financial services or insurance is a plus
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
