Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Malang for a Life Planner at AIA Indonesia. The Life Planner will educate and engage prospective and existing clients about AIA's insurance solutions, including life, health, and general insurance plans. Responsibilities include conducting needs-based analyses, developing tailored insurance recommendations, delivering presentations, and building long-term client relationships. The role also involves managing customer portfolios and contributing to sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Insurance, including life, health, and general insurance products
- Experience in Sales and Marketing to develop and maintain client relationships
- Ability to analyze client needs and tailor recommendations accordingly
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in the insurance industry or financial services is beneficial
- Willingness to work on-site in Malang and meet with clients face-to-face
