Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Life Planner role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Life Planner will meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals, protection needs, and life plans, and provide suitable insurance and financial solutions. Daily activities include conducting financial needs analyses, presenting personalized proposals, and assisting clients with policy applications, reviews, and ongoing servicing. The role involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, following up regularly, and ensuring clients remain informed about product updates and market changes. The Life Planner will also participate in AAG's training programs, team meetings, and outreach activities to support business development and professional growth. Compensation based income.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills related to Insurance and General Insurance, including an understanding of protection, savings, and investment-linked solutions.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Sales, such as prospecting, client engagement, negotiation, and closing.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Marketing, including basic knowledge of personal branding, client outreach, and use of digital channels.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and build trust-based relationships.
• Motivation to achieve performance targets, high ethical standards, and a client-first mindset.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for client meetings and events.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is beneficial; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome.
