Job Description

Organization- Park Hyatt Jakarta

Summary

  • Monitor the pool area to ensure the safety of all guests.
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents.
  • Provide assistance to guests as needed and respond to inquiries.
  • Perform rescue techniques and first aid when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized pool area, including chairs and surrounding spaces.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the pool and surrounding areas to identify any hazards.
  • Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues to the management.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and drills to stay prepared for emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate records of pool usage and incidents.

Qualifications

  • Current lifeguard certification (CPR, First Aid, and AED).
  • Previous experience as a lifeguard preferred.
  • Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
