• Assist the lending program operational process (i.e. reporting, validating documents/reports, special administrative requests)
• Liaise with internal teams (i.e. product, credit, finance) and external parties (vendors) to support the lending program
• Provide data backed insights on business operations to improve operations efficiency
• Working under tight time constraints to deliver superior internal process
• Analyze and investigate customer cases and operation issue to derive conclusions Requirements:
  
  

Requirements

• Experiences 1 year in project management and/ or operations excellence role
• Strong MS Office skills: MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, including Google Sheet
• Comfortable working with large data
• Good in English written/verbal
• High attention to detail
