Minimum 3 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel or in a law firm, preferably within the retail or distribution industry.
Has experience handling OSS.
Proficient in professional English (both spoken and written).
Willing to work in a dynamic-paced environment and be based at our Head Office in West Jakarta, Puri Kembangan, with a full WFO arrangement.
Job Description :
Review and draft various company contracts, including lease, manufacturing, sales & purchase, distribution, loan, promotional, and brand ambassador agreements.
Monitor and coordinate with IP lawyers regarding trademark and intellectual property matters.
Ensure company compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including licensing and permits.
Conduct legal research related to the companys business operations.
Organize and maintain legal agreement documentation.
Handle other general corporate legal responsibilities.
