Responsibilities:
- Conducting reviews/examinations of legal documents and/or other supporting documents
- Preparing board of directors regulations, procedural guidelines, mechanism memos or other internal Company documents in connection with the Company's business activities or operations.
- Provision of legal opinions, legal studies and preparation of other legal documents.
- Coordinate with supported units to understand the transaction structure, identify legal risks and determine mitigation that can be taken.
- Support related work units in the form of (a) assistance or (b) providing recommendations/opinions in relation to the Company's business activities or assignments.
- Monitor the updating of the Company's legal documents.
Qualifications:
- Have min. 3 years experience working in the legal field;
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Law (Bussiness or Civil)
- Have work experience related to PPP projects or the infrastructure sector;Have knowledge of PPPs and other related regulations;
- On hand experience in contracts/agreement's drafting
Required Skills :
- Strong analytical and legal drafting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
