Handle and monitor litigation and non-litigation cases involving the Company, including coordination with external legal counsel for legal proceedings and dispute resolution.
Prepare and manage legal documents related to mediation, arbitration, court proceedings, regulatory investigations, collateral enforcement, bankruptcy, PKPU proceedings, and execution of security interests.
Represent and assist the Company in communications with courts, government authorities, law enforcement agencies, notaries, and other external parties.
Draft, review, negotiate, and provide legal advice on contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.
Provide legal support and advisory services to business units and management on corporate and operational legal matters.
Support corporate governance implementation and other legal initiatives within the Company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a finance company, banking institution, or other financial services organization.
Strong understanding of Corporate Law, Civil Law, Litigation, and Contract Law.
Experienced in handling litigation and non-litigation matters, including coordination with legal counsel, courts, law enforcement agencies, government institutions, and other stakeholders.
Experienced in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and interpreting legal documents and commercial agreements.
Familiar with debt recovery processes, collateral execution, bankruptcy, PKPU, fiduciary security enforcement, and other legal enforcement procedures.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in both written and spoken English.
Professional legal certifications or qualifications will be an advantage
