Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university
Minimum 4 years of experience in a Legal Department, preferably within manufacturing, trading & distribution, or export–import companies
Strong familiarity with government online systems such as OSS, SILK, and other related platforms
Proven experience in handling industrial relations with solid knowledge of Indonesian labor and employment law
Experience in trade union (labor union) management
Highly preferred: experience in handling industrial relations disputes (PHI), including bipartite negotiations and proceedings before the Industrial Relations Court
Accustomed to engaging and negotiating at a senior/high level within the organization, including management and key stakeholders
