Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Legal or a Law Firm.
Have passed PKPA; a Lawyer's Permit is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PDF Editor, and PowerPoint.

Job Descriptions
Coordinate with users regarding business agreements and participate in negotiating business contract clauses during preliminary meetings, legal drafting processes, or the preparation of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with counterparts.
Review and supervise legal materials related to the preparation and renewal of work contracts and business agreements with suppliers, counterparts, and government entities.
Provide recommendations regarding dispute resolution clauses and other relevant legal aspects.
Review regulatory and other legal documents, including lease controls, licenses, mergers, acquisitions, and other related matters, and ensure that all documents are properly controlled and archived.
Prepare and submit quarterly investment reports to the Ministry of Investment.
Support litigation and case-related processes, including negotiation, liaising with law enforcement authorities for case follow-ups, and drafting legal claims/lawsuits and other litigation-related documents.
