Job Description & Summary
A career in our Corporate Law practice, within Legal Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients adopt a more strategic approach to global entity governance across their organisations. We help our clients and their legal entities with the incorporation of new companies, on going compliance with local legislation, and restructuring of their global businesses to manage governance and compliance risks.

Our team possess extensive knowledge of local and national corporate law. You'll help our clients with a range of legal services including provision of support in choosing the type of company, drafting of corporate documents, contracts and the necessary assistance in the performance thereof, setting up companies, structuring capital, restructuring corporate governance, implementing changes to the legal structure, setting up joint ventures, and managing tax and real estate issues.

You will play pivotal role in leading and managing legal advisory projects for a diverse range of clients.

You will leverage your expertise to provide strategic legal solutions, ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations, and contribute to the overall growth of the legal practice. This position demands a high level of professionalism, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client advisory: Provide strategic legal advice to clients on corporate and commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and other legal issues. Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realises they are required.
• Project management: Lead and manage multiple legal projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels.
• Business development: Identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the legal practice.
• Compliance: Ensure that all legal activities comply with Indonesian laws and regulations, and advise clients on legal risk management.
• Research and analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client advisory and internal decision-making processes.
• Documentation: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Cross-functional collaborations: Work closely with other PwC Line of Services to provide integrated solutions to clients.
• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
  
  

Requirements:


Currently we are building a Talent Pool for Manager to Senior Manager to support us in providing high quality corporate legal services with requirements as follow:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable universities. A Master's degree or equivalent is a plus.
  
• Have professional experience working in a Law Firm (Manager at 4 - 7 years of relevant working experience and Senior Manager more than 7 years of relevant working experience).
  
• Have strong background in corporate law, commercial transactions, and regulatory compliance. Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred.
  
• Have a PERADI License
  
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
