PERSOL is currently assisting our client from Fragrance industry who is looking for Legal & Regulatory Staff to be placed in Surabaya - East java, with responsibility as follows:
Requirements:
- Diploma 3/Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy/Food Technology/Law
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a related field. Understanding of Food/Pharmaceutical regulations (GMP, CPPOB, Halal, BPOM, ISO).
- Halal Supervisor Training Certificate (from an institution recognized by BPJPH).
- Halal Supervisor Competency Certificate: From a BNSP-licensed LSP.
- Registered with SIHALAL: Halal supervisor data must be registered with the BPJPH Halal Information System (SIHALAL).
- Experience handling licensing and certification documents and correspondence.
- Proficient in MS Excel and simple data analysis.
- Familiarity with the OSS and SINNAS systems.
- Strong in administration and document filing.
Duties & Responsibilities
- QA-Regulatory Administration includes archiving, data entry, and filing of licensing/certification requirements.
- Monitoring of license validity periods.
- Updating certification surveillance preparation data.
- Document control of all licensing and company legality areas.
- Awareness training and regulatory follow-up for all employees and partners.
- Support for licensing and certification document management.
- Document distribution to all divisions.
- Updating and updating internal data changes.
