Job Description:

  • Manage all company licensing and permit processes, including application, renewal, amendment, and monitoring of permit validity.
  • Ensure company compliance with central and local government regulations related to industrial estates, environmental matters, labor regulations, OSS/RBA system, spatial planning, and company operations.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain legal documents such as agreements, MoUs, power of attorney, vendor contracts, and other corporate legal documents.
  • Provide legal opinions and legal risk analysis related to the company's business activities.
  • Supervise legal administration and permit databases to ensure proper documentation and updated records.
  • Ensure implementation of company compliance standards in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Legal & Permit functions.
  • Experience in industrial estate or infrastructure companies.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and time management skills.
  • High integrity and ability to maintain company confidentiality.
