Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Permit Management:
  • Handle the application, renewal, and monitoring of business permits and licenses.
  • Ensure all company permits comply with legal requirements and are renewed before expiration.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Provide recommendations to management on regulatory risks.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Liaise with government agencies, regulators, and third-party vendors for permits and certifications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather data and documentation required for licensing or reporting.
  • Support internal and external audits related to legal permits and company compliance.
  • Compliance Reporting:
  • Prepare compliance reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Assist in creating policies to improve company-wide compliance practices.

Requirements

  • Regulatory Compliance : Ensures all operations meet legal and regulatory standards
  • Permit & License Management : Maintains updated and valid permits at all times
  • Legal Documentation : Maintains updated and valid permits at all times
  • Reporting & Tracking : Monitors deadlines and provides timely updates
  • Audit & Inspection Preparation : Ensures readiness with complete documentationMinimum Bachelor's Degree in Law, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Able to work in an office environment and handle document-intensive tasks.
  • Fit for field visits to government offices when required.
  • Comfortable with extended screen and desk work.
